GENERAL INTRO: This counter core business is property
development, focus on the development of affordable residential and commercial
properties in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
2.
NOTABLE POINTS:
a.
currently two active property development
projects, are apartment buildings in Kota Kinabalu, total development values
RM1212 million.
b.
sold 2 pieces of land for loan repayment,
reflected in very high EPS in 2017. This is one-off event, after this next few
quarters return back to mostly making losses.
3.
IS THIS COUNTER A STRONG GROWTH STOCK?
a.
REVENUE RANGE (million): ~ 145 million in 2017
annual report, this is a low revenue company.
b.
SHARE PRICE: share price on decreasing trend in
last few years, from peak of around RM1.10 to now around 30sen.
c.
EARNING PER SHARE (EPS): been mostly making
losses in last few years.
d.
FUTURE POTENTIAL: keep monitoring sales of
upcoming property development projects.
e.
CAPITAL EXPENDITURE (CAPEX): spending on
purchase of new fixed assets is quite low, 2.9 million, around 1% of total
assets, appear company has no large scale expansion plan.

IS THIS A STRONG DIVIDEND STOCK?
a.
DIVIDEND YIELD: in 2017 report, no dividend paid
b.
CONSISTENCY: no dividend paid to shareholders since
2014

OTHER INDICATORS:
a.
CASH FLOW: cash flow is positive, around 43
million, due to sale of land
b.
SUPPORT BY INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS: top 30 major
shareholders noted there is no institutional investors
